We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, slow sales, unsuitable fit, incorrect size selection or other non-quality reasons.

Wrong, Missing, Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details, item reference, affected quantity, and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Please keep the affected items, original packaging and shipping labels while we review your claim.

Available Resolution

When an issue is confirmed, we will agree on an appropriate resolution for the affected item, such as a refund or an agreed credit or discount applied to a future order.

Color, Measurement & Minor Variation

Screen settings, lighting, manual measurement and production batches may create small differences. A minor variation that does not prevent normal use is not automatically considered a quality defect. We review each report fairly using the available product information.
