Duty & Tax Inclusive Shipping

Duty- and tax-inclusive shipping options are available for selected destinations, including the United States, Canada and Australia.

When your quotation states “Duties & Taxes Included”, the applicable import duties and taxes covered by that shipping method are included in the quoted shipping cost.

For other countries, availability varies. Please contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether a duty- and tax-inclusive shipping option is available.

When Duties & Taxes Are Not Included

If your quotation does not state that duties and taxes are included, local import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees or other destination charges may be payable by the buyer.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities or the carrier and may vary by country, order value and product type.

Customs Clearance Information

For some destinations, customs or the carrier may request additional information such as a tax ID, VAT number, business number or identification document.

Please provide the requested information promptly to avoid customs delays.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because required customs information is not provided, import charges are not paid, or the shipment is refused, any resulting storage, return, re-delivery or disposal costs may be the buyer’s responsibility.
