How preparation, shipping quotations, dispatch and estimated delivery times work.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship wholesale orders to boutiques and fashion retailers worldwide.
Orders are usually dispatched from Guangzhou or Shenzhen, China. We commonly work with DHL, FedEx, UPS and other suitable shipping partners depending on the destination and order.
Preparation Before Dispatch
Some styles are in stock and others require a supplier availability check. Preparation begins after availability, the final quotation and payment are confirmed. Standard preparation usually takes about 7 days. Sourcing, customization, public holidays, peak periods or changes requested by the buyer may require additional time.
Shipping Quote
Displayed product prices do not include freight. Shipping is quoted manually after we know the delivery destination, products, sizes and quantities. Freight may be based on actual or dimensional weight, destination, service level and current carrier rates.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders normally ship from Guangzhou or Shenzhen, China. International delivery usually takes around 7–15 days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance.
Delivery Details
The buyer must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, address, phone number and any business or tax identification requested for customs. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the buyer.
Tracking & Inspection
Tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Please inspect packages and items promptly on delivery and keep the packaging, labels and clear photo or video evidence if you need to report damage, shortage or a quality issue.
