Website & Wholesale Use

This website is intended primarily for boutique, retailer and fashion-business enquiries. By using the site or submitting a wholesale request, you agree to provide accurate information and use the services lawfully.

Products, Availability & Pricing

Product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, availability and displayed prices may change. Displayed prices are wholesale product prices and exclude shipping. Duties and taxes are included only when expressly stated in your confirmed quotation. A website selection is a request, not a confirmed order.

Quotation & Order Confirmation

We manually check requested variants and send a quotation or written confirmation. The order becomes confirmed after both sides agree to the product details and payable total and payment is received. If an unavailable item or material affects the request, we will discuss an alternative, adjustment or refund of the unavailable amount.

Changes & Cancellation

Request changes before payment whenever possible. After payment and purchasing, preparation, production or customization begins, cancellation or changes may not be possible because costs may already have been incurred. Any approved adjustment must be confirmed in writing.

Shipping, Customs & Delays

Preparation and delivery times are estimates. The buyer is responsible for accurate delivery and customs information and, unless expressly included in the confirmed quotation, destination duties, taxes and clearance charges.

Wholesale After-Sales

Wholesale sales are final for non-quality reasons. Wrong, missing, damaged or defective items are handled under the After-Sales Service page after review of the order details and evidence.
